Weakness: Great expectations. Anything short of consistently finishing in the top three will be considered a failure.

Call her: The Girlfriend.

Strength: Lake has been down this road before and has a built-in audience rooting for her.

Typical guests: Online daters, war amputees.

When: 9 a.m. weekdays, WCCO, Ch. 4.

Call him: Mr. Sensitive.

Strength: Great set, great energy, great smile.

Weakness: Just because you can handle a tribal meeting on "Survivor" doesn't mean you can handle sensitive subjects.
