Here it is, the newest Metro Top 10. The regular season ends this week, with games on Tuesday and Wednesday formost teams.

The top four teams are unchanged from last week, but Blaine rose from No. 6 to No. 5 after a solid victory over Andover (which was No. 7 but fell out of the Top 10 this week). Replacing Andover on the list is Hutchinson, which makes its debut at No. 10. The Tigers rebounded from a season-opening thrashing at the hands of Glencoe-Silver Lake to put together an outstanding regular season.

No. 6 Totino-Grace is a 4A school, No. 7 Glencoe-Silver Lake is 3A and No. 8 St. Thomas Academy and Hutchinson are 4A. In the years I've been putting together the Metro Top 10, I cannot remember having four non-5A teams on the list. I'm also not quite sure what to make of that fact; are a whole bunch of 5A leagues and teams having a down year? I just don't know.

Here's the list. My 20 predictions for this week will be posted sometime Monday ... hopefully.
