Princess Diana, the Musical

Continues: With Anglophiles gripped in babymania, this tribute to Prince William's mother lands in Minnesota for the first time. Songwriter Karen Sokolof Javitch and writer/actor Elaine Jabenis put the musical together in response to Diana's death in August 1997. Originally a song cycle, it grew into a scripted show. McKayla Marso, recently seen in the national tour of "Spamalot," plays the ill-fated princess. Sean Dillon is her husband, Prince Charles. Ross Young directs the Actors Theater of Minnesota production with musical direction from Kevin Dutcher. (7:30 p.m. Fri.-Sat., Wed.-Thu., 5 p.m. Sun., Camp Bar, 490 N. Robert St., St. Paul, $19.50-$29.50, 800-838-3006 or BrownPaperTickets.com)
