My husband Barry Wencl was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.
Other than his strong love and devotion to his family his second love was fishing. He would hike for miles back into a remote lake to set up camp, carrying all his supplies and even a canoe. Sometimes he would not even set up his tent because he would rather sleep under the stars.
Barry was diagnosed with stage IV Pancreatic cancer in September of 2011 and bravely battled the disease with dignity and grace for 16 months.
He always made time for everyone even while he was very ill. He Inspired many people. Barry passed away on January 23rd 2013
