No apologies

Michael Bay wants it known that he is not sorry for the 1998 blockbuster "Armageddon," saying that his comments to a Miami Herald reporter were taken out of context. Bay was quoted as saying, "I will apologize for 'Armageddon,' because we had to do the whole movie in 16 weeks. It was a massive undertaking. That was not fair to the movie. I would redo the entire third act if I could." He said his words had been "twisted," and clarified that while he does wish he had had more time to edit the film, he is "proud of the movie."
