Eagles QB Michael Vick must have seen how well things worked out last year when Vince Young called Philly the Dream Team (only to finish 8-8 and miss the playoffs) that he just couldn't help himself. Yes, Vick said the Eagles "have a chance to develop a dynasty."
And no, they haven't even won a playoff game yet during Vick's two seasons there.
And no, he did not say that in response to a specific question about a "dynasty."
