That picture might be a reasonable representation of your memory of Saturday's Gophers/South Dakota game. Metaphorically speaking, the Gophers fell flat on their faces.
BUT: In some circles, history will not remember the game that way. The 4 billion yards of offense racked up by South Dakota do not exist. There is only grit, determination, a festive atmosphere at The Bank and successful play after play for your Gophers.
