TFD: Sean Salisbury sues Deadspin

Yes, it's official

October 27, 2009 at 10:14PM

We recommend you head over to Deadspin and check out the lawsuit filed against the site by Sean Salisbury. The first line in the statement of facts:

This defamation case stems from Deadspin's long-running smear campaign against Mr. Salisbury. Since early 2007, Deadspin has spread malicious lies about Mr. Salisbury as part of a concerted effort to destroy Mr. Salisbury's reputation and inflict as much financial harm and mental anguish on Mr. Salisbury as possible.

Please also see the Clay Travis Fanhouse post from a week or so ago. He raises some pretty good questions. We had our attorney, Rocket, check it out. He concurs that it's interesting. So there.
