Per NBC Connecticut:

West Haven police have arrested a local man accused of Tweeting threats toward executives, players and coaches of the New York Mets, along with a specific threat to Citi Field, police said.

Police arrested Aryn Leroux, 42, of 173 Contact Drive in West Haven today on an outstanding warrant.

Over at, some of his tweets -- the account appears to have been deleted -- were captured by another person. They speak of a bloodbath at CitiField: "think of it ... it would be the lead story on CNN ... #mets fans kill the team owner-gm-manager. before they kill us. #selfdefense."

So yeah, be careful what you tweet. And don't be like that guy.
