Brazilian midfielder Ibson re-signed with Minnesota United FC, the NASL team announced Friday. Terms were not disclosed.

"Ibson is a world-class talent," United coach Carl Craig said. "Having had a year under his belt, and I'm sure he's spent the whole offseason practicing his English, so he and I can share a few words and some expletives, but we are excited to have him back with the club. Depending on when MLS comes, he certainly has the ability to go in and make a name. … The talent that lad has is outstanding."

Ibson, 32, had six goals and four assists last season and made the NASL's Best XI.
