Want to do some bird-watching along the California coast?

There is a link — https://www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=25732 — to Año Nuevo Island where northern elephant seals are giving birth to pups. The island is north of Monterey. The seals are there today, but there are far more birds — Western Gulls, cormorants (one of more of three possible species), and Brown Pelicans. Other species surely are there, but ID is hard given the image broadcast. Waves are rolling ashore. It's mesmerizing.f

I checked the MN DNR eagle cam at 11:45 a.m. today (Thursday): no eagles at the moment.
