For a Wisconsin-bred, Brooklyn-based songwriter, Jm Airis almost feels like part of the Twin Cities music scene. The singer/guitarist signed to Totally Gross National Product — home to Lizzo, Marijuana Deathsquads and more — is a repeat performer at the homegrown label's annual block party, and he's returning tonight to christen his sophomore album, "Wild Birds." The LP boasts 10 tracks of strolling folk noir, hazily blended guitar tones, vast arrangements and ornamental synths for a warm, psychedelic listen. Kyle Robert Lutz opens. Michael Rietmulder
