Stevie Nicks brings her songbird warblings to the Twin Cities for a concert in December, promoters announced Tuesday.

And for real, the Pretenders also are on the bill for the show Dec. 6 at Xcel Energy Center in downtown St. Paul.

As a solo artist and as a Fleetwood Mac band member, Nicks has sold more than 140 million albums and won several Grammys. Nicks and Fleetwood Mac recently performed 122 sold-out shows around the world during 2014-2015.

Her vocals fronted such Fleetwood Mac hits as "Rhiannon," "Landslide" and "Go Your Own Way." Two of her biggest post-Fleetwood Mac releases were "Stop Draggin' My Heart Around" and "Leather and Lace," a duet with Don Henley.

The Pretenders, founded in 1978 and built around singer/guitarist Chrissie Hynde, have rolled out such rock hits as "I'll Stand By You," "Back On The Chain Gang" and "Don't Get Me Wrong."

Tickets go on sale beginning at 10 a.m. Monday. They are priced from $49 to $150, before fees, and are available at the Xcel box office, by calling 1-800-745-3000 or online at ticketmaster.com. American Express card holders can buy tickets before the general public beginning at 10 a.m. Wednesday until 10 p.m. Sunday.

The stop is part of Nicks' 27-city North American tour, which begins Oct. 25 in Phoenix and wraps up Dec. 18 in Los Angeles.
