Everything $3 or less It's the third annual clearance sale for Half Price Books at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds grandstand. Everything is $3 or less, including used hardcovers, paperbacks, kids' books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape and video games. More than 100,000 books and 5,000 DVDs and CDs are included. This is a browser's sale, because the books are organized only by fiction and nonfiction and music is not alphabetized. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, but late shoppers on Sunday sometimes get additional discounts.
