State pedestrian law

Whether it's a marked crosswalk or at an intersection without a marked crosswalk, vehicles are to yield to pedestrians. Pedestrians shouldn't "suddenly leave a curb" and walk or run into the street too close to a vehicle, making it "impossible for the driver to yield."
