The State Patrol has identified a man who died in a single vehicle rollover crash over the weekend in Todd County as Allen Howard.
Howard was driving east on Hwy. 210 near Hwy. 71 when his 2004 Dodge Intrepid veered off the road and rolled just after 9 a.m. Saturday. The car landed on its roof and struck a bridge pillar, the patrol said.
Howard, 61, of Staples, Minn., died at the scene. He was not wearing his seat belt, the patrol said.
