"Mamma Mia!," the perennial jukebox musical that has had multi-week stays in the Twin Cities over the years, is down to one week this spring. Built around the songs of Abba, this show returns with heaps of cheer and a concocted, Maury Povich-esque story. Long ago, free-spirited Donna slept with Sam, Bill and Harry in quick succession. One of them fathered her child, Sophie, who is grown and about to get married (Chloe Tucker, with Happy Mahaney as her fiance). Sophie looks through her mother's diary and invites all three men to give the bride away. Meanwhile, Donna and a couple of gal pals relive some of their messy histories to a score that includes "Take a Chance on Me," "SOS" and "Dancing Queen."
