The St. Paul Public Works department will take advantage of the warmer weather to clear the snow and slush that has accumulated on residential streets.

To that end, the department is asking residents to voluntarily move their vehicles from north/south residential streets on Thursday and from east/west residential streets on Friday. Plows will hit the streets from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days.

This is not a snow emergency, so vehicles that are not moved will not be ticketed or towed.
