Streamline the development and permitting process

Improve business retention and expansion through visits, annual surveys and downtown demographic data

Attract more businesses by focusing on industries that are least likely to outsource and have the most growth potential

Revitalize downtown through a short-term retail program and focus on filling office space

Develop a skilled and educated workforce through various education programs

Build on - Invest in St. Paul initiatives and reach out to small businesses
