St. Paul police are asking for the public's help in catching a thief who has burglarized at least four local businesses in the last few months.

Authorities are circulating a surveillance photo of the suspect — a man who appears to be dressed all in black during his heists.

According to police reports, investigators believe the suspect burglarized CorePower Yoga, 867 Grand Av., sometime over a weekend between late November and early December. They also believe he broke into nearby Steele Fitness on Jan. 16. The burglar forced open several drawers and cabinet doors at the counter area.

On March 6, police received reports of burglaries at the Minnesota Museum of American Art, at 332 Robert St. N., and the Victory Ramp deli, at 344 Wabasha St. N. A computer, a camera and a small amount of cash were taken during the four burglaries, said St. Paul police spokesman Howie Padilla, who added that it is possible that the suspect could be connected to other criminal incidents as well.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 651-266-5737.
