NO PLACE FOR A FLAT
Today: Get a taste of Minnesota winter by racing down a slippery hill on an oversized inner tube. Elm Creek Park Reserve has 20 lanes of icy delight, where you can attain speeds of 30 miles an hour. Each lane is separated by snow berms, and there are long run-outs for safety. A moving sidewalk takes you back to the top of the hill for your next run. Children must be at least 4 years old or 36 inches tall, and anyone under 18 must have a parent or guardian signature. All are required to read and sign a waiver.
