Spencer Pratt is sorry he acted like Spencer Pratt:

Apparently "acting out" is one of those therapy terms we're all supposed to understand these days. It's so non-judgmental. You weren't acting badly, dear, you were just acting out. Well, this might be what he means:

Good luck, pal. The picture of the two on the right is from a book signing - yes, they wrote a book. It was called "How to be Famous." It was a long, detailed account packed with their wisest advice: why you should reject early fame so you can hone your talent without distraction; how to master the arts of discipline and perseverance; how to conduct yourself in public with an alluring combination of reserve and accessibility. There's an entire chapter on "The importance of dignity."

J/k! I think there's a chapter on implants and another on "how to leak your sex tape just as your career starts to lose momentum."
