It appears Pennsylvania's senior senator is waving the white flag after a much-publicized battle with Rep. Michele Bachmann last week.
Sen. Arlen Specter apologized to Bachmann for telling her to "act like a lady" on Wednesday -- a remark that caused quite a stir nationally and back in his home state of Pennsylvania.
Bachmann's spokester Dave Dziok writes that the Republican-turned-Democratic senator called Bachmann and left a message on her cell phone last night. She called back. He apologized. She accepted.
