At top, Hannah Bobzien of the Cirque Mechanics Gantry Show performed Thursday during the 14th annual Flint Hills International Children's Festival in downtown St. Paul. Above, students from Global Academy in Minneapolis watched the performance of the self-contained, pedal-driven spectacle showcasing aerial acts like Chinese poles and trapeze, and ground acts including juggling and contortion. The festival continues through the weekend, with music, dance, theater and activities in and around the Ordway Center. To see more photos of the Cirque show, go to www.startribune.com/photos.
