Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old boy was cited for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of 4th Street E.

Assault. A 60-year-old woman was arrested for assault in the 6900 block of Valley View Road.
MARCH 7
Drugs. A 29-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and drug paraphernalia, driving after revocation and having no proof of insurance, following a traffic stop in the 5700 block of Hwy. 62.
MARCH 8
Theft. A motorized bike was stolen from the 4400 block of Parklawn Court.
Drugs. A 36-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process and toxic substance abuse, in the 7000 block of France Avenue S.

Drunken driving. A 44-year-old Shorewood woman was arrested for drunken driving following a traffic stop at George and William streets.

MARCH 10
Underage consumption. Two 17-year-old boys and several adults were cited for underage consumption in the 1900 block of Sally Avenue.

Domestic. Officers responded to a report of a verbal domestic dispute in the 3000 block of Becker Road. The parties agreed to sleep in different rooms.
MAPLE PLAIN
MARCH 11
Driving violation. An officer responded to a report of a vehicle in a ditch in the 1700 block of Budd Avenue. The officer detected the faint odor of marijuana and the driver, a 36-year-old woman, admitted to taking a hit an hour earlier and drinking earlier in the day. She passed field sobriety tests, registered .065 on the portable breath test and was cited for driving off the road.
MINNETRISTA
MARCH 13
Check welfare. Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call at a home in the 4500 block of Merganser Drive. They determined that a child was playing with a phone.
MARCH 14
Fire. Officers responded to a report of a house fire on Ridgewood Cove. After a neighbor was unable to contain the blaze with a fire extinguisher, Mound firefighters took over and put out the fire. Officers found that a child had been experimenting with a lighter.
PLYMOUTH
MARCH 8
Theft. A vehicle was reported stolen from a parking lot in the 11200 block of 12th Avenue. It was determined that the vehicle had been impounded by apartment managers.
MARCH 10
Drugs. A 20-year-old New Brighton man and a 19-year-old Waterville man were arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop for an equipment violation at 18th Avenue and Hwy. 55.

Drugs. A 20-year-old Maplewood woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and a 19-year-old Waconia woman was cited for driving after revocation, following a traffic stop at Pinehill Boulevard and E. County Road 10.
