A second storm of the week will bring wet snow to parts of the Deep SouthThursday night and Friday. The storm tracking across the Gulf of Mexico Thursday and Friday will bringsteady rain from coastal Texas to Florida. However, farther north, cold airwill meet up with the storm resulting in a narrow belt of wet snow fromnortheastern Texas to Alabama. A wintry mix will fall just to the south.
It appears that the the storm may end up tracking farther south as drier airattempts to push in from the north, which would limit the amount of snowfallover the highlighted region.
