MARCH 13

Theft. Two men and a woman were arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools and providing false information to police on the 3900 block of Eagan Outlets Parkway.

Motor vehicle theft. A 44-year-old Eagan man was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle near the intersection of NE. 140th Street and Boone Avenue S.

Motor vehicle theft. A 32-year-old man was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of W. 140th Street and Allen Boulevard S.

Motor vehicle theft. A 28-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle on the 15000 block of Mystic Lake Drive NW.

Drug activity. A 31-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and hypodermic needles, and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Cimarron Av. and Cimarron Way.

Drug activity. A 32-year-old Mora, Minn., man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and marijuana, and a 29-year-old White Bear Lake woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended license near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Eagle Creek Boulevard.

DWI. A 20-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, possession of marijuana and an open bottle and underage drinking and driving, a 19-year-old Bloomington man and a 20-year-old Bloomington man were cited for underage alcohol consumption on the 200 block of Triangle Lane.

Drug activity. A 21-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for possession of heroin on the 500 block of Marschall Road S.

Obstructing the legal process. A 34-year-old Cokato, Minn., man was arrested for obstructing the legal process with force and disorderly conduct on the 700 block of 2nd Avenue E.
