Theft. Cash, cred­it cards and a cellphone, valued at $420, were re­port­ed sto­len from a lock­er at the YMCA, 3575 North Be­rens Road NW.

DWI. A 22-year-old Pri­or Lake woman was arrested for DWI and no Minnesota driv­er's li­cense near the in­ter­sec­tion of West Avenue SE. and SE. Col­o­ra­do Street.

DWI. A 31-year-old Pri­or Lake woman was arrested for DWI and re­fus­al to sub­mit to a chemi­cal test near the in­ter­sec­tion of West Avenue SE. and SE. Col­o­ra­do Street.

Drug ac­tiv­i­ty. A 21-year-old Carver man and a 21-year-old Eagan man were arrested for pos­ses­sion of a controlled sub­stance, mar­i­jua­na and drug para­pher­na­lia at Mys­tic Lake Casino, 2400 Mys­tic Lake Blvd. NW.

DWI. A 54-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for DWI af­ter a re­port that he had driv­en over a sign at Mys­tic Lake Casino, 2400 Mys­tic Lake Blvd. NW.

Motor ve­hi­cle theft. A 31-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for pos­ses­sion of a sto­len ve­hi­cle, meth­am­phet­a­mine and drug para­pher­na­lia and a Minnesota Department of Cor­rec­tions war­rant, and a 25-year-old Isanti, Minn., woman was arrested for pos­ses­sion of a sto­len ve­hi­cle, meth­am­phet­a­mine and drug para­pher­na­lia at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Crim­i­nal sex­ual con­duct. A 43-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for crim­i­nal sex­ual con­duct and dis­or­der­ly con­duct.

Drug ac­tiv­i­ties. A 33-year-old South St. Paul man was arrested for intro­duc­ing con­tra­band into jail, DWI, re­fus­al to sub­mit to a chemi­cal test and pos­ses­sion of mar­i­jua­na in a motor ve­hi­cle near the in­ter­sec­tion of Mys­tic Lake Drive NW. and NW. 140th Street.

Driving vio­la­tions. A 25-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for driv­ing with­out a valid driv­er's li­cense and dis­play­ing plates from an­oth­er ve­hi­cle near the in­ter­sec­tion of Hwy. 169 and Mar­schall Road S.
