APPLE VALLEY

APRIL 9

Drug activity. An adult was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Cedar Avenue.

APRIL 11

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test, public urination, providing false information to police and driving without a valid driver's license on the 15000 block of Garrett Avenue.

APRIL 13

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI and being involved a hit-and-run accident with an occupied motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 147th Street and Garrett Avenue.

Obstructing the legal process. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct, interfering with a police officer, fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle and on foot and driving with a suspended license on the 7600 block of Whitney Drive.

APRIL 18

DWI. An adult was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test and on no proof of insurance near the intersection of W. 145th Street and Galaxie Avenue.

APRIL 20

Drug activity. An adult was arrested for possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle near the intersection of W. 150th Street and Elm Drive.

BURNSVILLE

APRIL 9

Drug activity. A 23-year-old Valley City, Utah woman was arrested for possession for 25 grams or more of narcotics near the intersection of W. 131st Street and County Road 5.

APRIL 10

Drug activity. A 23-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for possession of marijuana near the corner of County Road 11 and I-35E.

DWI. A 50-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and driving with a suspended license near the intersection of Burnsville Parkway E. and Nicollet Avenue S.

APRIL 11

DWI. A 58-year-old Savage man was arrested on DWI after a traffic stop for following too closely on the 300 block of McAndrews Road W.

APRIL 13

DWI. A 21-year-old Burnsville man was arrested for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 15400 block of Byrant Avenue.

DWI. A 50-year-old Eagan man was arrested on charges of DWI and no driver's license after a traffic stop for speeding on County Road 42 and Glendale Road.

EAGAN

APRIL 10

Criminal property damage. Nine transformer power poles were cut down and two transformers were opened in a possible attempt to steal copper along Blue Gentian Circle and Blue Gentian Road.

Burglary. A lacrosse bag and contents, valued at $500, was reported stolen from an open garage on the 600 block of Bridle Ridge Circle.
