Burglary. A burglary was reported at a residence on the 22400 block of Wagonwheel Trail.

OCT. 18

Theft. A door was reported stolen off of a Bobcat parked at a construction site near the intersection of Crystal Bay Lane NW. and Fremont Avenue NW.

OCT. 20

Criminal property damage. A side window on a Bobcat was reportedly broken while the Bobcat was parked at a job site near the intersection of NW. 154th Street and Fremont Avenue NW.

Found property. A John Deere tractor was found in a yard on the 19200 block of Eagleview Lane.

Burglary. Landscape boulders were reported stolen on the 18000 block of Mushtown Road.

OCT. 22

Drug activity. A 28-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on suspicion of selling drugs and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, and a 35-year-old New Brighton woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and on an outstanding Washington County warrant at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trial NW.

Theft from vehicle. A window was smashed and a shotgun stolen from a motor vehicle on the 1800 block of Belmont Avenue NW.

OCT. 15

Warrant service. A 25-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested on an outstanding Rice County warrant on the 5300 block of W. 132nd Lane.

OCT. 16

Theft. Cash totaling $185 was reported stolen from the register at the Quality Inn, 4601 W. Hwy. 13.

Theft. A video game console, video games and a DVD player, total value $350, were reported stolen from the community room of an apartment complex on the 4300 block of W. 124th Street.

OCT. 17

Criminal property damage. Unknown suspects spray-painted the track, causing about $2,000 damage, at Prior Lake High School's Dan Patch Stadium, 7575 W. 150th Street. The case is under investigation.

Criminal property damage. Two windows were broken out at LDI Fibres, 6475 W. Hwy. 13. The damage was estimated at $1,000.

OCT. 18

DWI. A 43-year-old Plymouth man was arrested for DWI and refusal to submit to a chemical test after a traffic stop for speeding on Hwy. 13.

DWI. A 34-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for having illegal window tinting near the intersection of Egan Drive and Allen Boulevard S.

OCT. 21

DWI. A 30-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI after a traffic stop for speeding and poor driving conduct near the intersection of W. Hwy. 13 and Dakota Avenue S. The man's blood-alcohol content was 0.21 percent, police said.

OCT. 20

Disorderly conduct. A 21-year-old Shakopee woman was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and fleeing police at Turtle's Bar and Grill, 132 1st Av. E.

DWI. A 22-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop for speeding near the intersection of 12th Avenue E. and Vierling Drive E.

Assault. A 30-year-old Shakopee man was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault and fleeing police on the 1000 block of 1st Avenue E.

OCT. 21

DWI. A 24-year-old man was arrested for DWI, driving with a suspended license and having no proof of insurance after a traffic stop near the intersection of Marschall Road S. and 11th Avenue E.

Burglary. A 26-year-old Shakopee man and a 22-year-old Burnsville man were arrested for burglary and assault on the 5500 block of Tinta Lane.

Burglary. A burglary was reported at a residence on the 800 block of W. 128th Street.
