Drugs. A 32-year-old Hastings man was arrested for possession of cocaine and heroin and for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle on the 14700 block of Burnsville Parkway W.

Drugs. A 21-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman were arrested for possession of a controlled substance after officers found them in Lagoon Park after hours.

Disturbance. Officers responded to an area near Valley Green Park on a report of an unwanted guest. It was reported that a 26-year old man was acting aggressively after taking a synthetic narcotic. He was taken to the hospital.

OCT. 1

Drunken driving. An 18-year-old woman was cited for underage drinking and driving and speeding following a traffic stop at Hwy. 169 and Bluff Drive.



Driving violation. Officers investigated a vehicle that was stopped at a green light on 160th Street W. and Cedar Avenue. The driver, a 90-year-old woman, had fallen asleep at the wheel.


SEPT. 26

Driving violations. A 21-year-old Prior Lake woman was arrested on a Scott County warrant following a traffic stop at Eagle Creek Avenue and Arcadia Avenue. She was also cited for use of a wireless communications device while driving, no proof of insurance and driving after suspension.

SEPT. 27

Drugs. A 35-year-old Tracy man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, obstructing the legal process and two warrants at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail.

Theft. Two lamps were stolen from a vehicle on the 14300 block of Parkside Court.

Theft. A 66-year-old Farmington man was cited for theft at Mystic Lake Hotel, 2400 Mystic Lake Blvd.

SEPT. 28

Theft. A 33-year-old Prior Lake woman reported her purse was stolen from a vehicle on the 14300 Brookmere Boulevard. She was arrest on a warrant.

Theft. A wedding ring, valued at $3,000, was stolen from a locker room at Dakotah! Sport and Fitness, 2100 Trail of Dreams.

Theft. Pants and a credit card were stolen from a locker at YMCA River Valle, 3575 North Berens Road.


SEPT. 21

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to Shakopee High School, 100 17th Av., on a report of a disturbance. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for disorderly conduct.

SEPT. 22

Disorderly conduct. A 16-year-old Shakopee boy was cited for disorderly conduct and obstruction at Shakopee West Junior High, 200 10th Av.

SEPT. 23

Assault. A 23-year-old St. Paul man was cited for assault at Valleyfair, 1 Valleyfair Drive.

SEPT. 24

Underage consumption. Two 16-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy were cited for underage consumption at 17th Avenue E. and Greenwood Court.

SEPT. 25

Drugs. An 18-year-old Minnetonka man was cited for possession of marijuana on Vierling Drive and Park Circle.

Theft. A 17-year-old Belle Plaine girl was cited for theft after she was caught shoplifting at Target, 1685 17th Av.

Drugs. A 49-year-old Bloomington man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving after revocation following a traffic stop at Canterbury Road and Hwy. 169.
