DWI. A Burnsville man, 27, was arrested for DWI and fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle near the intersection of E. Hwy. 13 and County Road 11.

Burglary. A St. Paul man, 34, was arrested for burglary of an occupied dwelling, domestic assault, obstructing the legal process and possession of marijuana on the 200 block of Birnamwood Drive.

Motor vehicle theft. A 33-year-old Hermantown, Minn., woman was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle and drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Obstructing the legal process. A 24-year-old Minneapolis man was arrested for providing false information to police, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a revoked license and two Hennepin County warrants, and a 33-year-old St. Paul man was arrested on a Scott County warrant near the intersection of Eagle Creek Avenue NE. and Jeffers Pass NW.

Warrant service. A 20-year-old St. Paul man was arrested for Dakota, Ramsey and Scott County warrants at Little Six Casino, 2354 Sioux Trail NW.

Drug activity. A 27-year-old Rochester, Minn., woman was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and aiding an offender near the intersection of E. 145th Street and W. 145th Street.

Obstructing the legal process. A 20-year-old Shakopee man was arrested for providing false information to police and driving with a suspended license near the intersection of Eagle Creek Boulevard and Vierling Drive E.

Weapons violation. A 24-year-old Prior Lake man was arrested for possession of a handgun by a felon and possession of a handgun without a permit and obstructing the legal process on the 600 block of Gorman Street.
