OCT. 10

DWI. A Burnsville man, 29, was arrested for DWI, refusal to submit to a chemical test and no proof of insurance after a traffic stop near Aldrich Avenue S. and County Road 42 W.

OCT. 11

Assault. A Burnsville man, 27, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon on the 2400 block of Cliff Road E.

OCT. 12

Theft. A Rosemount man, 21, was arrested for theft and possession of hypodermic needles and a Bloomington woman, 20, and Rosemount man, 21, were arrested for theft on the 13900 block of Aldrich Avenue S.

Drug activity. Two Burnsville men, 38 and 26, were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine precursors with intent to manufacture and possession of marijuana near the intersection of W. 140th Street and McAndrews Road W.

Theft. A Barbie Power Wheels Jeep, valued at $349, was reported stolen from a residence on Oak Circle.

Theft. Copper tubing valued at $650 was reported stolen from a locked construction trailer near the intersection of Mount Curve Boulevard SE. and Fish Point Road SE.

OCT. 17

Drug activity. A Faribault man, 23, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

Drug activity. A Blaine woman, 20, and a Blaine man, 19, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia at Mystic Lake Casino, 2400 Mystic Lake Boulevard NW.

ROSEMOUNT

OCT. 23

Drug activity. An Eagan man, 23, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia near the intersection of W. 120th Street and Dodd Boulevard.

SHAKOPEE

Domestic assault. A Shakopee boy, 16, was arrested for domestic assault, false imprisonment and interfering with a 911 call on the 1100 bock of S. Minnesota Street.

DWI. A Chaska man, 34, was arrested for DWI and possession of an open bottle after a traffic stop for an equipment violation near the intersection of County Road 101 E. and Sarazin Street.

OCT. 17

Drug activity. A New Prague woman, 28, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a hypodermic needle and no proof of insurance on the 3900 block of County Road 101 E.

DWI. A Shakopee woman, 40, was arrested for DWI and possession of drug paraphernalia and prescription drugs on the 1100 block of Shapphire Lane.

OCT. 19

DWI. A Rosemount woman, 43, was arrested for DWI, possession of an open bottle and driving with a revoked license near the intersection of Canterbury Road S. and Valley View Road.

OCT. 20

Obstructing the legal process. A Shakopee man, 35, was arrested for fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, fleeing on foot and receiving stolen property.
