The drive on southbound Hwy. 100 from 94 to 394 is taking 26 minutes. You can blame a crash at Duluth Street for the delay.

On westbound 36, it's 13 minutes from Rice Street to 35W.

On 35W northbound, it's 17 minutes from the Crosstown to 94.

And a wreck at Franklin Avenue has westbound drivers on 94 creeping along; it's 22 minutes from St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis. A wreck on 94 west at Johnson Parkway in St. Paul is contributing to the delay.
