They're so much more open and free in Europe! They don't have puritans or pecksniffy censors like we do. Right?

Because nothing terrifies people and undermines their faith in technology like jibes from a satirical television program set in another country. What are they doing to do about the nuclear fuel rod Homer takes home by accident in his shirt? Put in subtitles that insists it's a glowstick from a company-wide rave?
