Celebrate the architecture and history of the only Frank Lloyd Wright-designed gas station Thursday in Cloquet, Minn. The station's 50th anniversary will be marked by a community celebration from 4 to 8 p.m. with music, food, a 1950s classic car show and a short program. Also beginning Thursday and continuing through Sept. 11, station tours will be offered Thursdays and Saturdays, and an exhibit titled "Frank Lloyd Wright in Cloquet" will be on display at the Carlton County History and Heritage Center, located one block from the station.

History and architecture buffs are invited to a Wright symposium highlighting his design and life philosophy and the era's architecture and history from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday at the Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College.
