Over the past year, hundreds of you have asked Whistleblower for help. While we can't investigate each tip, we want to share more of what you tell us. In 2009, we started publishing a few tips each week to stimulate online discussion and create ways for our readers to help each other. Unlike our news stories, we have not verified this information. A 90-year-old Bloomington homeowner bought new gutters four years ago so he wouldn't have to worry about cleaning them. Instead, he's had to climb up a ladder every year to clean out leaves and seeds that are clogging the gutters.

"I complained to the company and the owner took a hose and squirted the leaves off the top of the gutter," he said. "Because the top of the gutter tilts back toward the house, it doesn't run down the way it should."

The homeowner submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, but the owner of the company responded and said the gutters were installed correctly.
Is there anything else this man can do to get his problem fixed?
