Sales and events There are plenty of opportunities to shop for your sweetheart this week. On Friday and Saturday, shop a Chamilia trunk show at Scheherezade Jewelers (Galleria, 3525 W. 69th St., Edina, 952-926-2455). The company is known for charm-like beads that allow you to customize bracelets and necklaces.

Macy's is celebrating Valentine's Day with the Sweetest Tweets. Use Twitter to send a message to your loved one through Feb. 14 using #sweetesttweets. Also at Macy's, through Sunday, customers wearing some shade of red in honor of American Heart Month and National Wear Red Day (Friday) will receive a 20 percent discount on some merchandise (if it weren't a bit confusing, it wouldn't be Macy's).
