Sharon Stone has been in more courtrooms than hit movies in the last ten years. There was the 2008 case where she lost physical custody of her son to her ex-husband, the lawsuit against a plastic surgeon who suggested he'd given her a face lift. Lately she was sued by someone who had the misfortune to fall down on the property of someone with good insurance:
But how was she negligent?
Actually, she was found guilty of being presumed wealthy, but there aren't any laws that specifically mention that crime. So juries have to improvise.
