Last week I struck a nerve when I pointed out that the Twins were playing at a pace that would yield about 120 losses if things didn't change.

Since then, things have gotten worse, complete with the current run of nine hits -- including a no-hitter and a one-hitter -- in the last four games. They managed to win one only because of a massive brain cramp by a Seattle reliever.

So here's my challenge to you: What three things would you do to fix the Twins right now?

Let's try to keep these ground rules:

1. You can call people out, but do it without calling people names. Gotta be honest. When people call the manager "Gardentool," or whatever, I pretty much ignore anything else they write. Save that stuff for ESPN.

2. Be reasonably realistic. Joe Mauer has a no-trade clause and he's not going anywhere. On the other hand, I think it's 100 percent valid to question whether the Twins are making the same commitment to championship baseball as other organizations. That's not intended to lead the witness. It's just an example.

3. Read other people's comments if you have time and give 'em a thumbs up or thumbs down.

One of the cool things about keeping this space is the quality of the conversation that you all provide, and I think what's happening right now almost requires that people -- regular commenters and those who usually just read -- speak out about what they're feeling about the Twins.
