Greetings.

Kent Youngblood here.

The Timberwolves' 2010-2011 schedule was just released. It begins Oct. 27 with a home game against Sacramento, which if nothing else will give fans a good look at DeMarcus Cousins, the big man the Wolves passed on to draft Wesley Johnson with the fourth overall pick in the 2010 draft.

Here's some quick info on the schedule:

--The newest big three of LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh will make it's lone appearance at Target Center when the head plays here April 1.

--Other circle-the-date opponents at Target Center? The NBA-champion Lakers will be here twice (Nov. 19 and March 1); Kevin Garnett and the Boston Celtics' only appearance here will be March 27..

--Top overall draft choice John Wall and the Washington Wizards will be here Jan. 13.

--January and February will be very home-centric for the Wolves, who will play a total of 17 of 27 games at home. And this is despite a killer six-game road swing that includes Chicago, Golden State, Phoenix, Portland, Denver and the Clippers that runs from Dec. 11-20. The Wolves will have five other road trips of at least three games.
