Scene + Heard: Girls, Glamour and Giving

Brightly dressed women browsed an equally colorful selection of handbags, jewelry, clothing and home goods made by local artisans at the Metropolitan Ballroom in Golden Valley. In shades of pinks, corals and mint greens, the women formed a spring bouquet of supporters of Girls, Glamour and Giving, an event sponsored by Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners.

Landyn Hutchinson, fashionista, blogger and wife of former Minnesota Vikings offensive guard Steve Hutchinson, spoke during the dinner, which was followed by a fashion show featuring clothes from ReSale 101, a store run by Interfaith Outreach volunteers.

Proceeds from the evening benefit programs and services that move families in western Hennepin County toward stability.
