Art in Bloom has become a rite of spring.
For the four-day floral celebration, the Minneapolis Institute of Art was filled with more than 150 arrangements created in the likeness of some of its works.
The museum's most popular fundraiser kicked off with Flowers After Hours, a Southern belle's floral wedding fantasy, which included a wedding procession down the grand staircase, followed by a receiving line where guests could view the wedding party's formalwear, including dresses and accessories made of blossoms.
