Sale of Eden Prairie mall closes

Southwestern mall fetches $100 million.

The sale of Eden Prairie Center closed late last week.

According to Hennepin County real estate records, the mall sold in two transactions totalling $100 million. The buyer is an entity related to Cypress Equities of Dallas.
