Ryan Reynolds was the victim of a hit-and-run in Canada Sunday, the Associated Press reported.

The actor's publicist says he was hit by a paparazzo in a parking garage who then sped off.

The [driver] fled the scene," Leslie Sloane, the actor's publicist told the AP. "Ryan is okay."

He confirmed he was Ok by joking about the incident on Twitter:

Reynolds, who's from Vancouver, was in Canada filming "Deadpool." The fictional, anti-hero movie is set for release in 2016.
