Get ready to hear some noise at the state Capitol.

The Minnesota Senate's Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on the 'Right to Work' constitutional amendment on Monday morning at 8 a.m. The measure, which would restrict the ability of unions to organize, tends to bring passion and protests wherever it arises.

The Monday hearing will be the first full airing for the measure this year.
