Wide receiver Darius Reynaud will be active for the Vikings today after being out since Week 4 because of a hamstring injury. This means Reynaud should resume his role as the Vikings punt returner. He was hurt while returning a punt in Week 3 against San Francisco and had averaged 17.3 yards on seven returns prior to being injured.

With Reynaud back, wide receiver Jaymar Johnson is among the Vikings inactives today. Johnson had averaged 8.4 yards on 16 punt returns.

Also sitting out will be cornerback Antoine Winfield. Winfield hasn't played since injuring his foot in the second quarter on Oct. 18 against Baltimore. He expects to return a week from today against Seattle. Winfield will be replaced as the starting left corner by Benny Sapp. Karl Paymah and rookie corner Asher Allen also are expected to see time again.

Also in active for the Vikings are running back Albert Young; linebacker Erin Henderson; center Jon Cooper; defensive end Jayme Mitchell; and defensive tackle Letroy Guion. Sage Rosenfels will be the third quarterback.

Among those who will play today are wide receiver Bernard Berrian, Berrian has been dealing with a hamstring injury since the Vikings' loss Oct. 25 in Pittsburgh and was limited all last week in practice and listed as questionable on the Friday injury report.

Although middle linebacker Larry Foote did not practice for the Lions on Wednesday or Thursday because of a knee injury, he did some work on Friday and will start today. Defensive end Dewayne White (toe) also will be active today.

The Lions inactives include: running back Aaron Brown; cornerback Anthony Henry; linebacker Ernie Sims (hamstring); guard Daniel Loper; tackle Ephraim Salaam; defensive end Cliff Avril; and defensive tackle Landon Cohen. Drew Stanton is the third quarterback for Detroit.
