Two whole-house renovations on the Remodelers Showcase

#81. The Landschute Group redesigned, rebuilt and renewed an historic Excelsior residence with white oak floors, Venentino marble and enameled woodwork. A new wrap-around porch lends small-town charm.

#22. Architect Edwin Lundie designed an 1930s brick home in St. Paul. Authentic Construction moved entrances and walls to open up the main level, but retained the look and feel of the original Lundie residence. The renovation includes a new kitchen with the original hand-painted Dutch tiles. (There's a $5 fee to tour this home.)
