It's probably not health insurance if:
• The offer is for a limited time only.
• The company says it has only a limited number of policies to sell.
• The company refuses to send you written coverage details to review before you sign up.
If in doubt, check with the Minnesota Department of Commerce to see whether the company is licensed to sell insurance in Minnesota.
