Rare sale at Caldrea.com A clean house doesn't have to smell like Pine-Sol anymore, thanks to Minneapolis-based Caldrea, which sells smells like basil blue sage, ginger pomelo and lavender pine. Through Sunday, nearly everything at Caldrea.com is discounted 20 percent, except for tools and most gift sets. I like Caldrea's scents, but don't feel quite as good buying them since the company was sold to SC Johnson, the maker of Glade, Drano and Pledge.

Faux greenery 90 percent off Readers of Steals+Deals might recall the great deals on silk and dried floral stems at the Market Street Floral warehouse sales in Plymouth. Those sales stopped after the owner opened a retail store called Jackie's (2189 Commerce Blvd., Mound, 952-472-6440). The warehouse savings have now moved to the parking lot outside the new store. Save 90 percent on floral stems that were $5 to $19, now 50 cents to $2. Trees, greenery and permanent floral arrangements are at the same discount. Owner Jackie Peters, acknowledging the 25-mile distance from downtown Minneapolis, said it's a beautiful drive with Lake Minnetonka views.
